THoC Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2026

1. Overview & Acceptance

By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the The House of Connections (THoC Events) Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. THoC organizes curated offline social experiences, workshops, and community memberships in Vadodara, Gujarat.

2. Approval & Participation Eligibility

Registration does not guarantee automatic acceptance. Every application is submitted in a pending state and reviewed by our administrative team. Only approved affiliates may access promotional tracking links, referral attribution tools, and commission earnings. THoC reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke affiliate status at its sole discretion.

3. Referral Attribution & Cookie Window

Referrals are tracked using unique referral codes and verified landing paths. A default 30-day attribution window applies from the moment a prospective guest first clicks an active promotional link. Conversions are resolved server-side against completed orders in our database. Self-referrals (using one’s own referral link to purchase personal tickets) are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions.

4. Commission Structure & Calculation

Commissions are calculated either as a percentage of the eligible gross ticket price or as a fixed bounty per membership tier, as set forth in active campaign items. Commissions are recorded initially in a pending state and convert to approved upon payment clearance and event attendance. Cancelled or refunded orders void any associated commission.

5. Payouts & Minimum Balance

Affiliates may request a payout once their approved available balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹500 (INR). Payouts are made directly via UPI or NEFT/IMPS bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days after administrative verification. Each payout request locks the corresponding commission items to ensure duplicate payments are strictly prevented.

6. Ethical Conduct & Brand Representation

Affiliates must represent THoC Events accurately, respectfully, and authentically. Prohibited behaviors include unsolicited spam, deceptive claims, bidding on THoC trademarked terms in paid search, or misrepresenting ticket prices and event agendas. Violation of these standards leads to immediate suspension.
